Postage - British & Overseas
Within the UK we usually send most items by second class mail (weight permitting). To Europe, the USA, Canada, and everywhere else in the world we post by Airmail. We never use surface - it's too slow, and we do not charge extra for airmail, so please don't worry about it.
Prices given are GBP (British Pounds).
UK Postage - 5 - 7 working days. 1st item £3.49+ each extra item Free.
Please allow upto 30 days, though it will usually be much quicker.
European Postage - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £7.95 + each extra item Free
European Tracked Royal Mail Delivery - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £12.95 + each extra item £1.95
USA & Canada Air Mail - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £10.95 + each extra item Free
USA Tracked Royal Mail Delivery - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £18.95 + each extra item £1.95
There are no tariff charges to the USA on books, magazines, journals or other similar items.
Rest of World Air Mail - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £11.95 + each extra item Free
Australia Tracked Royal Mail Delivery - Please allow unto 30 days. 1st item £17.95 + each extra item £1.95
Please be aware that we live in an age of greedy and avaricious governments and it is possible yours may be one of them, in which case you may find additional charges are added by your local customs/postal services. There is nothing we can do about this, nor can we anticipate it. Printed publications are completely untaxed in Britain and you bought from a company in Britain, so quite why your government feels entitled to empty your pockets for the privilege is a mystery to us.
Sometimes a very heavy item, usually some giant volume or set might need a little extra postage, but that's unusual and we won't ask you easily, so don't worry about it really. Cosmo likes us to be as helpful as possible (she wants those doggie treats after all), and we're really not in the business of making postal services and carrier's rich at your expense.
We will post your order within a day or so of payment being received.
Overseas orders are usually posted once or twice a week, so that can add three or four days to the process as we prepare batches of mail.

All orders can be paid with Paypal. When paying using Paypal our name is paypal@cosmobooks.co.uk
You may also securely pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express cards.
Guarantee & Refunds
We want you to be happy. Very happy. If you don't like the book when it arrives, just let us know, and arrange to send it back. We'll cheerfully refund your purchase price. Just remember to pack as well as we do, and get a proof of postage of course. However, we don't think you will need to return anything from our stocks, as we do take trouble to describe well, pack well, and ship to you promptly.
