The photographs have all been mounted to an album. Undated, but from the cars likely to be mid 1960s or so. The album is spiral bound and appears of contemporary age to the photographs. The pictures, all bar one, are 9 x 13 cms in size. Some simple translations (apologies for the likely very poor accuracy) of the photo captions include; schedule 2nd day of age Nono Gojo, Ryoumei Castle, Kosugi Town, Fang Days Kosugi-cho to Akashi. 5th day Akashi, Senmatsu, participant, Matsumoto Masa Sogo Shiraishi Matsumoto. Climb down the Usui Pass and drive through Karasaki City, Maebashi City, and enjoy the hot springs of Ikaho. There was also an idea that he would go around in a motorboat because of the heavy rain, but he was in a hurry. Ikaho Onsen. The foot of Mt. Akagi in the distance. Fujimura (Thursday) Award. Early in the morning of August 13th, I stopped by Zenkoji Temple in Nagano. The houses in front of the gate were still closed and quiet, and from time to time pigeons flapped their wings and flew up to her. From Matsumoto City, take National Route 147 from south to north to Omachi on the beautifully maintained road. It can be said that the town was opened up by the Murota Dam. Take a trolleybus (about 15 minutes) and run through a tunnel in the clear sky, then climb a long staircase to reach the observatory. Tateyama, with guards here and there in front of him, stood in the way of thin clouds at the summit. From Ono, the national highway becomes Route 14. The route is a princess running in the central area that tops the famous Shizuoka Aikawa. She's steeped, she's taking a deep valley to the wide side, but she's still in good condition, and she's not there. Size: 27 x 33 cms.
